Preparation
Place the chicken breast in a refractory surface, previously sprinkled with canola oil. Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Cut the onion into casters, carrot into strips and place in the refractory. Add the consommé and bring to the oven at 390 ° F until well cooked. Slowly prepare a sauce with skim milk, soda biscuit and mustard. To serve, add the sauce and decorate with chives or chopped parsley.
