Chicken Supremes With Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 4 thick chicken supreme
  • 0.22 pounds of low-fat cheese
  • 0.22 pounds of mushrooms
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper, chopped parsley

Servings: 4 servings (0.40 pounds per serving)

Preparation

Cut the peppers in half. Remove the seeds and put them in a roasting pan. Take to the oven for 10 minutes. Meanwhile make a cut along in each supreme, without trespassing them. Fill with processed cheese. Season them. Remove the peppers from the oven and remove the skin. Place the supreme in the broiler pan and bring to the oven for 30 minutes. Fry the mushrooms and fry them in water, with the chopped garlic. Add the peppers in thin strips. Serve the supreme accompanied by the garnish of sweet peppers and mushrooms. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
