
Preparation
Season the chicken with the mustard, garlic salt and soy sauce, let it rest for 1 hour, then add the pepper. In a saucepan, without oil, sauté the peppers and onion, remove them and add the chicken, let it fry for 5 minutes over high heat. Add the orange juice, let it cook over a moderate heat for 30 minutes or until the chicken is tender. Then, put the onion and the peppers just for a couple of minutes.
