Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 0.44 pounds of grated white cheese without fat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cumin powder
  • salt and pepper
  • grated rind of a lemon

Preparation

Grate the lemon rind and combine it with the onion passed through the garlic press and the cumin. Add the cheese and quickly beat with a wooden spoon so that the sauce is emulsified. Keep in the fridge half an hour before serving with raw vegetables or fish.
