California Avocado

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup of coriander
  • 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 cup red onion diced
  • 1/2 tomato pintón diced
  • 0.57 pounds of surimi or imitation crab
  • Small Casabes

Servings: 10 servings (1/2 cup per serving)

Preparation

In a large bowl put the avocado in pieces, add a little lemon and try it with a fork to make a paste with stumbles; add the cilantro, garlic, onion and tomato, stir everything until making the guasacaca, serve with the shredded surimi and serve with casabe.
