Preparation
Sauté the onion in water until it takes color. Then add the rest of the vegetables and sauté. When taking color put some water, salt and pepper and cook covered until they begin to soften. Reserve. Boil the 4 cups of water, the broth and the soy. Add the rice and cook it covered until 3/4 of cooking (remember that it is hard, this almost 1 hour) add the vegetables, mix, control the seasoning until the rice is ready.
