Broccoli Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 broccoli
  • 2 egg whites
  • Salt to taste

Servings: 2 servings (0.15 pounds per serving)

Preparation

Boil the steamed broccoli with salt, liquefy it with the rest of the ingredients, place the liquefied preparation in a mold (or several individual ones) oiled with spray (PAM) and take it to the oven in a bain-marie for 1 hour and 15 minutes approximately. NOTE: If you prefer to eat hot, you can sprinkle with a sauce made with natural yogurt mixed with salt and chives, basil, parsley all minced. Broccoli can be replaced with Swiss chard, spinach, zucchini, eggplant, etc.
