Basic Fish Fillet


  • 1 medium grouper fillet, clean and without thorns

In a frying pan put the steak dressed with a soybean, half of the lemon juice, the onion and on the fish put the coriander branch, and this is covered and cooked over low heat for about 20 minutes to 1 / 2 hours, until the fish is white. Then it is removed and served. This is for a single person, but if the guests are several, you can prepare a whole grouper in the same way, adding more ingredients and putting some coriander in the fish, dill if you can, and some strips of red pepper. The rest is prepared the same and the cooking time is a little bit longer.
