Balsamic Vinegar Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp grated onions
  • 2 tbsp minced parsley
  • 2 tbsp of minced paprika
  • 1/2 finely chopped garlic clove (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

Servings: 4 servings (1 tablespoon per serving)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except the oil, in a jar or bottle with a tight lid. Adjust the flavor and add extra virgin olive oil. This dressing can be used on all salads and vegetables.
