Avocado And Yogurt Salad


  • 1/2 clove of choppedgarlic
  • 1 non-fat natural yogurt
  • 1 pinch of tarragon
  • 2 small hot peppers (optional)
  • 1 tsp chopped onion
  • 1/4 green paprika
  • 1/2 large and mature avocado
  • Salt

Servings: 4 servings (1 cup per serving)


Put the avocado in pieces in a bowl and crush it well to form a puree, add the chopped paprika, onion, garlic, tarragon and hot pepper, if desired. When you have a thick sauce add the low-fat yogurt, a little salt and beat well with a fork to form a rather liquid paste. Adjust salt and keep it in a separate bowl until the right moment to serve the salad.
