Preparation
Peel the apples, cut them into cubes, put them in a saucepan, the water next to the zest and cinnamon. Boil until the apples are soft, remove, strain and sweeten. Mix the apples with the low-fat natural yogurt and finally with the egg whites. Pour the mixture of apples in a pan lined with aluminum foil and cook covered in a bain-marie for 25 minutes. Allow to cool and unmold.
